Will physio help my problem?
This obviously varies from case to case. If you aren't sure get in touch and I'll happily advise you.
What should I bring?
Bring any referral letters, x-rays, sonars or other tests. If you don't have any of these, just bring yourself!
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring shorts if the problem is anywhere below the waist. Ladies, remember a hairband or clip so your hair doesn't get oily if the problem is neck pain or headaches.
What if you can't help me?
If I am unable to help, I will refer you to the appropriate person, e.g. sports doctor, chiropractor.
How long will it take?
The first appointment usually takes between 45 minutes and one hour. Follow-up appointments are 30, 45 or 60 minutes but we will decide on the amount of time we need when we book the appointment.
What if I'm running late or can't make my appointment?
Please let me know! If you can't make it, please phone, WhatsApp or email me! Someone else might need that slot! Appointments cancelled at less than two hours' notice will be charged for.
Do you work on weekends?
I don't usually work on weekends. If you have an emergency, you can contact me and I'll do my best to help.
Will you claim from my medical aid?
I am able to submit claims directly to your medical aid. Payment remains your responsibility until your medical aid has settled in full.
